PSV continues to reformulate its team for the sequence of the season and the next name that should leave the Eindhoven team is the 22-year-old Belgian striker, Yorbe Vertessen.
Union Sint-Gillis from Belgium would be interested in hiring the striker and would have won the dispute with Royal Antwerp FC, also from Belgium.
PSV were willing to release him on loan until the end of that season after the arrival of Fábio Silva.
“After we brought in Fábio Silva, we understood that it was important for Yorbe Vertessen to be loaned until the end of this season, in order to have more opportunities. We talked to him about it” said Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Yorbe Vertessen has a contract with PSV until the end of the 2024/25 season. In 73 games for PSV, he scored thirteen goals and provided eight assists.
Tony Vilhnea is somebody I think should be called up by koeman to reinforce the midfield. Has had a good start to life at salernitana.
He is currently playing on the right ( double pivot) in point back set up. 3 goals and 1 assist in 13 games. Scored again vs lecce. I sincerely hope we can see changes in midfield style with both point back and forward being experimented. Or simply different option.
Matusiwa is a good option to build the mid in point back setup with him in the engine room. Schouten as well. Push frenkie forward and maybe with vilhnea or Simons as double pivot. Then rotate frenkie with gravenberch to specie things up and see what it yields overall
Once again for me koopmeiners and frenkie together dont look effective being not on on the same level and what they do in terms of both offensively and defensively.
Lastly maybe not this season but next season Reis and Hamburg can gain promotion to the top flight in bundaliga and with it reis can break in NT.
Yep, I wouldn’t be surprised if PSV makes a play for Vilhena.
Ake scored the winner v Arsenal for City with a right footer. I believe his first goal with his right.
He has been starting at LB lately. Wont be surprised if Guardiola transforms him in a LB going forward.
Watched ajax vs volendam. Schruders dismissal should not be put entirely on him. The players have to be blamed as well.
was funny when Bergwijn got subbed off. Angry for nothing when he clearly is on a decline. Starting showing his frustration kicking everything. I remember saying this a lot, he is only good when in open space.
Brobbery also has been a big waste and I think Ajax made a big mistake spending on him again. It’s obvious the next in coming coach with some good signing will get the team back on track. This is always the case and definitely will be the demand of who ever is appointed the next coach. Can smell FDB
The Football Oranje crew tweeted that they think Koeman will have Ake & Hartman of Feyenoord as the LB choices. Van de Ven seemed to have a quiet game starting as the left sided CD for Wolfsburg.
But I think Micky & Bakker of B04 is in the running.
The holding midfield spot is up for grabs. Names mentioned are playing mid to lower table of their respective leagues. And the fact that Koeman singled out Feyenoord in his presser, brings to light Geertruida Q Timber & Wieffer being in the selection mix.
Kluivert Weghorst Danjuma
Koopmeiners
De Jong – Boomen
Malacia – Ake – De Ligt – Frimpong
Noppert
Lang Depay Berghuis
Simons
Matusiwa Timber
Bakker – Botman – Timber – Dumfries
Bijlow
Doekhi at Union Berlin and Schuurs at Torino both scored and assisted respectively for their teams.union Berlin is now one point a drift of leaders Bayern.

Danjuma’s debut goal for tottenham
Hoping to see boadu getting a transfer out of Monaco. A Loan atleast
@ Kevin
Berghuis???? Haven’t you seen enough of him. It time to move on from players who can’t offer when it needed the most.
To be honest with you, I am not a fan of him or any other forward we have. But I need to fill the 4-3-3 formation. Two of the players you name are playing left wingers at their club.
I have three players for the RW position and who can offer way better than what berghuis does. Dilrosun, Kluivert and just recently as Tavsan from NEC. Worth investing for future and 2026
Crazy game between AZ and FC Utrecht. 5-5, amazing goals, great pace of the game. Madness :-).
I like mees de wit. Underrated but when he gets into those dangerous areas, very decisive and on target.
Yep, Ake at left back. He’s played there before for the NT. Puts both him and Van Dyke on the field, and makes room for Botman to start getting playing time.
anybody thinks El Ghazi should be called up by koeman . on the right perhaps. has been rotated all over upfront by RvN
dallinga scored twice for Tolouse. lang scored as well for brugge. good weekend for the dutchees.
liverpool lost again but gakpo received the highest ratings.
Cody Gakpo – 8
It has without doubt been a difficult start for Gakpo as he settles into life on Merseyside, but he became a real handful for Brighton and constantly looked to create and expose gaps where possible.
He was handed his fifth start for the club against a total of just three opponents (Wolves, Chelsea and Brighton), and when he dropped slightly deeper to receive possession he looked a lot more comfortable when bringing the ball forward and asking questions of defenders.
Twente – Feyenoord was a top game as well. And Ajax is winning again.
In case you want to see Studio Sport with Eredivisie highlights, this link works well for me:

Watched Remis vs PSG. PSG started with with 4-4-2 which meant Remis had an extra man in the midfield and hence they dominated in that department particularly when defending. PSG took to the flanks instead to attack mostly with neymar and Mbappe running the lines. While PSG dominated possession and attack, Remis held their own in defense and frustrated the PSG attackers with good breaking down tackling.
I was particularly interested in seeing Matusiwa. Started at RCM and while he was not a dominant figure , his linking up and positional awareness was excellent. Like I said PSG mostly played on the wings and hence Remis midfielders were mostly running up and down when pSG attacked and once they were foiled by the defenders , the midfielders were the outlet to move the ball forward. This was often where Matusiwa was largely involved. In terms of break downs, hardly saw anything. Again it was due to how PSG played. Played deep at times and in the Second half switched to the left.
I can see him comfortably playing along side frenkie in NT. Vision, passing, breakdowns. Worth investing in him. A bit of Davids esque.
Mitchell Van Bergen also made a good impact off the bench in the last 10 minutes but by then PSG were playing with 10 man after Verratti got a red card. Has a good speed but nothing technical apart from being able to use both his foot. Put in some teasing crosses but PSG defenders were up to it to clear it away.
Ludviot Reis scored a spectacular winner for hamburg. Vs Braunschweig 4-2. He really has become one of Hamburg’s key players over the season. Currently sitting second in bundasliga 2. I
Somebody needs to sign him or unless hamburg gets promoted to the top flight. He could be the missing puzzle in the midfield especially on that Right side for NT
Some intresting transfers
Van Annholt joins PSV while van Ginkel joins his boyhood club vitesse. PSV have also signed the thorgan hazard on loan from Dortmund.
Wesley hoedt joins watford permanently from anderlecht
AZ signs talented Sparta midfielder
Sven Mijnans with Bazoer going in the opposite direction
Remember ELvis Manu who was at feyenoord some years back. He has joined Groningen.
Jong ajax victor Jensen joins utrecht
Jeffery bruma has officially now joined heereveen.
Thanks Wilson, some good moves. Apart from Van Ginkel, other great Vitesse news is that “retired” Davy Propper is back in pro football. The lanky technician was sick of it, at PSV. He never felt at home and the shy and timid Propper (as opposed to brother Robin at Twente) decided to move away from the circus.
After half a year and keeping in shape at Vitesse (his first club), coach Cocu has convinced him to return to football. He made his second debut last weekend.
Hakim Ziyech and Chelsea have agreed a loan spell for the Moroccon at PSG where he would be teamed with Messi and Neymar. Yum! But Chelsea botched the paperwork and now it seems highly unlikely…
Mijnans is off to AZ but Feyenoord was lurking as well. AZ was a bit quicker (and probably offered more). Feyenoord is now after the little PEC Zwolle playmaker Van de Belt (who’s dad happens to be Arne Slot’s best mate and SC Cambuur director).
How unprofessional is that… Chelsea clearly is happy to see Hakim go. They have the whole transfer period to negotiate and prep. The paperwork should have been ready.
Hakim is in Paris, he’s been medically tested, he’s got an apartment etc etc and then Chelsea fukcs it up. Unbelievable, the amateuristic way some clubs do business….
Sabitzer went to MU. I hope Gravenberch will get more game time now. VDB’s career at MU is over. With the current squad, he will not get game time when he come back.
